It is a mix up of「窩心」with 「禍心」as in 「包藏禍心」[www.cantonese.sheik.co.uk]

In Putonghua, 窩心 means “depressed/dejected after being wronged/offended”. In Taiwan and HK, 窩心 means “heart-warming; comforting”. The two meanings happen to be just the very opposite.
